The client is accepting the following terms by using the website and/or placing the proposal and/or signing the contract, however Movabo Ltd do not accept liability for any project undertaken without contract signed and exchanged by both parties.

11. Disputes
In the instance of the dispute, Movabo is not liable for any claims above the fee paid to undertake project and if the client was notified of any changes to the original contract/brief/work undertaken no fee would be returned.

11.1 Contract

Client understands that work without written and signed contract is provided “as is” and without any guarantee or obligation to provide further support/ completing the project.

11.2 Warranty
Products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In particular I do not guarantee that themes/websites will work in all browsers, nor do I guarantee that themes will be functional with all versions of WordPress. I do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.

11.3 License

All products and services are provided with a non-exclusive license unless otherwise stated in writing and under the condition that the user is in ownership of each website (or other medium) in which the work is being used on.
Under no circumstance can a user resell or redistribute our work, modified or unmodified, to another person, nor can a user place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium for distribution.

11.4 Final Decision
At all times in any disputes, our (Website Owner, Marta Krasnodebska, Movabo) decision is final and will not be subject to outside adjudication by other parties.

13. Withdrawl of Service

Marta Krasnodebska / Movabo Ltd / SassyEntrepreneurs.com  has the absolute right to withdraw it’s services and cancel any contracts with the client at any given time and shall issue notice of such action in writing.
